Roby Nugraha

Roby brings over 18 years of extensive experience in planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project reporting, having worked with some of Indonesia’s leading construction and industrial organizations.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully contributed to a wide range of complex projects across LNG plants, gas plants, petrochemical facilities, and power plants. His expertise spans project management, resource planning, and the execution of large-scale, multi-year projects alongwith sales and negotiation skills.

Roby possesses strong capabilities in optimizing maintenance operations, enhancing equipment reliability, and improving asset performance. His core competencies include master data management, preventive maintenance planning, work order management, reliability reporting, and data quality assurance. He is also highly skilled in developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and support informed decision-making.

With his deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and strategic vision, Roby will play a pivotal role in strengthening SanD Consulting’s presence in Indonesia and delivering greater value to our clients and partners across the region.
